The Energizer Smoothie

For 2 smoothies

  • 1 handful of frozen apricots
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 150 ml oat milk

  • 1 handful of frozen berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tsp Açaï powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 150 ml oat milk

PREPARATION

  • In a blender mix the second mix of ingrédients : berries, banana, Açaï, honey, yogurt and oat milk until a smooth blend. Add oat milk of necessary.

  • Pour into 2 jars.

  • In a blender mix the second mix of ingrédients : apricots, chia seeds, honey, yogurt and oat milk until a smooth blend. Add oat milk of necessary.

  • Pour on the precedent mixture.

  • Serve immediately.
