\/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>PREPARATION<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Coarsely crush the dark chocolate, set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the powdered sugar.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the liquid cream and the milk in a saucepan, bring to a simmer.<\/li>\n<li>Pour into the bowl without stopping whipping, then add the crushed chocolate and mix thoroughly, to obtain a homogeneous preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 150 \u00b0 C.<\/li>\n<li>Divide into small jars or ramekins, place on a deep plate and pour 1 cm of water around. Bake for 30 min.<\/li>\n<li>Let cool, then place in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
