This dish could be made traditionally by alternating tomato sauce layers , lasagna sheets , and cheese mixture but I like the originality of this presentation. In this recipe, lasagna sheets are cut into 3, with an indented pasta roller, stuffed and rolled! Then we poured tomato sauce, that will coat and cook lasagna rolls . <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Lasagna Rolls<\/h4>\n<p>For 4 servings<\/p>\n<p>Preparation time: 10 min, Cooking time: 1h + 30min<\/p>\n<p>[ingredients title=&#8221;Ingredients&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">250g fresh lasagna sheets<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 ricotta<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 slices of ham cut in small pieces<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">10\u00a0small button mushrooms<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 egg<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2\u00a0cans tomato pulp<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tsp sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 minced onion<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 bunch of chopped parsley<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">60g grated parmesan<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/ingredients]<\/p>\n<h4>PREPARATION<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>In a saucepan, fry onion gently until transparent with 1 tbsp olive oil. Add tomato pulp and sugar. Add salt and pepper. Boil and cook over low heat with a cover during 1 hour.<\/li>\n<li>When cooked, prepare the stuffing for lasagna rolls.<\/li>\n<li>Peel, remove the mushrooms feet and cut the caps into small pieces.\u00a0Brown the mushroom over high heat in a frying pan.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, mix the ricotta with egg, parsley, mushroom and ham.
