I&#8217;m not a big fan of classic fried donuts, after one bite it makes me sick! I was suddenly intrigued by this recipe of baked donuts without adding unnecessary fat. The recipe is quite simple to make and I would say that the donuts looks a bit like a bun but with a different texture akin to that actually donuts. No frying removes the real taste of the donut that everyone knows but this recipe still remains a good alternative for pleasure by dividing at least by 2 the number of calories!<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"separator\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Baked Donuts<\/h4>\n<div class=\"separator\">For\u00a08 to 10 donuts<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Pr\u00e9paration time : 20 minutes, Baking time : 9 minutes<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\n<p>[ingredients title=&#8221;Ingredients&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">320 g flour<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">14 g of fresh yeast<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00a012 cl of whole milk + 2 tbsp<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00a020g butter<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">50 g of granulated\u00a0sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00a03 cl orange flower water<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 egg<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">melted butter + sugar (for finishing)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/ingredients]<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4 class=\"separator\">\u00a0PREPARATION<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Warm the milk, add sugar and butter until all is melted.
