This brioche is one of my favorites ! It does not contain too much butter , is not difficult, the rest period is not too long . Everything is made to have a homemade brioche quickly for tea time ! <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span lang=\"en\">So ready for cooking ?<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Pearl sugar brioche<\/h4>\n<p>Preparation time: 15 minutes, Resting time: 40 minutes , Cooking time: 25 min<\/p>\n<p>[ingredients title=&#8221;Ingredients&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500g flour<\/li>\n<li>250g\u00a0warm milk<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp sugar<\/li>\n<li>30g fresh\u00a0bakery yeast<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>70g soft butter<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp water of\u00a0orange flower\u00a0+ 1 tbsp for the egg wash<\/li>\n<li>1 egg\u00a0yolk for the egg wash<\/li>\n<li>pearl sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/ingredients]<b><u><br \/>\n<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h4>\u00a0PREPARATION<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">\n<ul>\n<li>Put in your food processor the ingredients in the order listed ( except butter ) and start kneading program. Without food processor, knead all ingredients without butter by hand.<\/li>\n<li>When the dough starts to form a ball , add butter .<\/li>\n<li>Remove the dough from the food processor and make a ball
