\/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>PREPARATION<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cook rice according to Sushi package instructions (it is best to use a rice cooker !).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Put the rice in a rectangular dish to let it cool in a thin layer .<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">In a bowl, combine the rice vinegar , sugar and salt. Gently heat in the microwave if the sugar and salt does not dissolve properly.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour the vinegar mixture over the rice , stir and cool in a thin layer .<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cut\u00a0plastic wrap\u00a0and drop a piece of ham, a good tablespoon of rice and close all together by forming a ball and rolling the plastic wrap on the ends .
