So today, I propose a pie with chicken and Paris mushrooms. Of course, we&#8217;ll make our homemade dough and with organic products: flour and olive oil. We try to limit fat intake by modifying the basic recipe of the dough, lightening cream and avoiding to have a heavy hand on cheese! We serve this pie with a light salad of your choice such as a tomatoes salad from the garden!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chicken and mushroom pie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6\u00a0serves<\/p>\n<p>Preparation time: 20 min, Cooking time: 50 min<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Pastry<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[ingredients title=&#8221;Ingredients&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">250g flour<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">100ml olive oil (80ml for a light recipe. You can go further by replacing the oil with 100ml light cr\u00e8me fraiche)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">100 ml hot water<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp baking powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/ingredients]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Cream<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[ingredients title=&#8221;Ingredients&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">200g\u00a0chicken breast<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">400g\u00a0Paris mushrooms<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">300ml heavy cr\u00e8me fraiche (low fat cr\u00e8me fraiche\u00a0to lighten the recipe). I used the Bulla cr\u00e8me fraiche, The Bulla cooking cream is also OK.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Parsley<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">30g\u00a0cheddar.
