min.<\/li>\n<li>Take out the eggs and place them in a bowl of fresh water with ice cubes to stop the cooking.<\/li>\n<li>Wait 1 minute and peel the eggs.<\/li>\n<li>Combine cooked quinoa with kale pesto, and mix to coat the quinoa thoroughly.<\/li>\n<li>Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.<\/li>\n<li>Divide quinoa among separate bowls. Place one running egg in each bowl and a half of one sliced avocado.<\/li>\n<li>Top off quinoa with chopped walnuts and sliced figs and serve!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
