with parchment paper or on a silpat and cook for about 10 minutes in the oven at 160 \u00b0 C.<\/li>\n<li>Let chill on a rack.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, mix about 150g icing sugar with a tbsp of cocoa.<\/li>\n<li>Add water, little by little to obtain a frosting easy to spread.<\/li>\n<li>Frost then the chocolate stars, with a spoon or a small spatula.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
