\/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>PREPARATION<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Cut the fish into pieces and dip each piece into the flour.<\/li>\n<li>Place each piece of fish on a rack and add olive oil spray on each piece.<\/li>\n<li>Bake at the top of the oven preheated to 200 \u00b0 C for 10 min (or cook in oiled saucepan) 3 min on each side).<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, mix the red beans in their juice using a blender to obtain mashed red beans.<\/li>\n<li>Reserve in a bowl for serving.<\/li>\n<li>Mix in a bowl the sour cream with chopped chives, salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the avocados in 2 and remove the stones.<\/li>\n<li>Crush with a fork one of the 2 avocados, add salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the second \u200b\u200bavocado in slices.<\/li>\n<li>Heat each tortilla in a pan on both sides.<\/li>\n<li>Recover each tortilla with crushed avocado, then sour cream.<\/li>\n<li>Add a few slices of avocado.<\/li>\n<li>Add then some mixed salad leaves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
