Il est toujours possible de manger de la nourriture cuite, comme des l\u00e9gumes cuits \u00e0 la vapeur.<\/li>\n<li>J-1: Manger uniquement des fruits et l\u00e9gumes crus, en optant pour un bol de fruits pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner et une salade verte avec des crudit\u00e9s pour le d\u00e9jeuner et le di\u0302ner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Et bien sur on boit beaucoup, de l\u2019eau, des tisanes tout au long de la journ\u00e9e pour faciliter le processus d\u2019\u00e9limination des toxines et cela avant, pendant et apr\u00e8s la cure.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019apr\u00e8s cure on r\u00e9introduit progressivement la nourriture solide en conservant le m\u00eame principe que pour la pr\u00e9paration mais cette fois \u00e0 l\u2019inverse :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1er jour: Des fruits frais et un jus de citron dilu\u00e9 dans de l&#8217;eau pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner, une soupe aux l\u00e9gumes (sans cr\u00e8me) pour le de\u0301jeuner et le soir.<\/li>\n<li>2\u00e8me et 3\u00e8me jour: Des fruits frais et un jus de citron dilu\u00e9 dans de l&#8217;eau pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner, des l\u00e9gumes crus ou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement cuits \u00e0 la vapeur accompagn\u00e9s d&#8217;une portion de riz complet ou de quinoa pour le d\u00e9jeuner et le d\u00eener.<\/li>\n<li>A partir du 4\u00e8me jour, vous pouvez int\u00e9grer des produits d\u2019origine animale si vous le d\u00e9sirez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Pr\u00eats pour une cure ?<\/h4>\n<p><em><strong>Voici mes impressions sur la cure Fit\u2019n\u2019Tasty et mes petits conseils :<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cD\u00e9gustez les jus lentement, a\u0300 deux heures d&#8217;intervalle entre chaque bouteille. Savourez chaque gorg\u00e9e et m\u00e2chez chaque morceau de votre repas de midi. Assurez-vous de boire le dernier jus deux heures avant d&#8217;aller vous coucher. \u201c \u00c7a c\u2019est <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitntasty.ch\/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI_Kfnh8rN2gIVyqgYCh1lkw-CEAAYASAAEgLH4fD_BwE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fit\u2019n\u2019Tasty<\/a> qui le dit et je vous confirme que cela est des plus important. Il n\u2019est pas facile pour notre corps et notre cerveau de se contenter de 3 jours d\u2019alimentation liquide. Plus vous boirez doucement, meilleurs seront les messages envoy\u00e9s \u00e0 votre cerveau et moins les signes de faim pourront se faire sentir. Pour \u00eatre honn\u00eate avec vous, je n\u2019ai pas eu du tout faim pendant ma cure, les jus se suffisent \u00e0 eux m\u00eame et une bonne pr\u00e9paration tel que recommand\u00e9 ci dessus facilite grandement la cure.<\/li>\n<li>Prendre son temps! Profiter de cet instant pour prendre soin de vous, faire des balades en plein air, aller au spa, vous reposez, vous ressourcez, lire, regarder un max de s\u00e9ries. Pendant une cure vous n\u2019aurez pas \u00e0 vous pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 manger et vous aurez plein de temps libre. Prenez ce temps RIEN que pour vous et positiver.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9voir de d\u00e9marrer la cure un week end cela permet de vraiment prendre le temps pour soi et de ne pas trop surcharger son emploi du temps.<\/li>\n<li>Eviter les endroits tentants ou au contraire si vous avez beaucoup de volont\u00e9 les fr\u00e9quenter, vous vous sentirez super fort(e) et encore plus d\u00e9cid\u00e9(e).<\/li>\n<li>Penser dans les moments durs : \u201cApr\u00e8s tout c\u2019est quoi 3 jours dans une vie ? \u201c ou encore \u201cJ\u2019aurais toute ma vie ensuite pour profiter de bons petits plats sans exag\u00e9rer et en appr\u00e9ciant toutes leurs qualit\u00e9s\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Penser aussi que c\u2019est le cerveau qui commande tout, toutes nos envies et nos pens\u00e9es. Soyez plus fort(e) que lui pour une fois! Vous verrez c\u2019est une super satisfaction personnelle par la suite.<\/li>\n<li>Et surtout ne dramatiser pas ! Arr\u00eater de vous dire que c\u2019est le calvaire, que manger liquide c\u2019est trop dur, je veux m\u00e2cher, pourquoi je m\u2019impose \u00e7a \u2026 pensez y encore : c&#8217;est LE CERVEAU qui commande et c\u2019est le bon moment pour se rappeler pourquoi on fait cette cure. Apr\u00e8s tout vous l\u2019avez bien choisi, non ? Allez donc jusqu\u2019au bout de vos convictions, les efforts ca paie toujours!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Mes impressions et les r\u00e9sultats :<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Les jus <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitntasty.ch\/les-juice-boxes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fit\u2019n\u2019Tasty<\/a> sont tous plus bons les uns que les autres. J\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 test\u00e9 d\u2019autres jus pour lesquels j\u2019ai pu ne pas \u00eatre totalement satisfaite. Ceux l\u00e0 ils sont juste WOUAW \u00e0 chaque gorg\u00e9e et on ne s\u2019en lasse vraiment pas de jour en jour.<\/li>\n<li>J\u2019aime leur concept, le design, le support apport\u00e9 grace au guide et l\u2019ordre des jus. C\u2019est tr\u00e8s rare parmi les diff\u00e9rentes cures qui existent. On ne se sent pas perdu, tout est clair, bien expliqu\u00e9 et facile.<\/li>\n<li>La commande est tr\u00e8s simple et l\u2019on peut choisir le jour ou l\u2019on souhaite d\u00e9buter notre cure. Les jus arrivent ensuite devant votre porte comme par magie le jour souhait\u00e9. Bravo Fit\u2019n\u2019Tasty pour votre efficacit\u00e9!<\/li>\n<li>Je n\u2019ai pas \u00e9t\u00e9 fatigu\u00e9e pendant ma cure, j\u2019ai meme pu faire du sport assez naturellement. Un peu de fatigue s\u2019est ressentie le lundi, le 3\u00e8me jour de cure qui s\u2019est fait au travail pour moi.<\/li>\n<li>La sensation dans notre bouche et sur notre langue est assez d\u00e9rangeante. On sent vraiment qu\u2019il se passe quelque chose dans notre corps pendant cette cure.<\/li>\n<li>J\u2019ai eu \u00e9galement assez mal aux reins et je me demande si cela correspond \u00e0 une \u00e9limination des toxines. C\u2019est assez perturbant mais je pense que cela est normal.<\/li>\n<li>Je n\u2019ai pas eu d\u2019autres effets secondaires et je suis maintenant en super forme.<\/li>\n<li>J\u2019ai perdu 4kg pendant cette cure et les jours de pr\u00e9paration. Ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas pour moi un objectif. Il est vrai que l\u2019on se sent mieux, mais il ne faut pas oublier que l\u2019on perd principalement de l\u2019eau et que l\u2019on va reprendre tr\u00e8s vite ces kilos en r\u00e9int\u00e9grant la nourriture apr\u00e8s la cure. Mon principal objectif \u00e9tait d\u2019\u00e9liminer les mauvaises toxines et principalement celles issues de prise de m\u00e9dicaments pour ma part.
