onion<\/li>\n<li>1 small eggplant<\/li>\n<li>1 zucchini<\/li>\n<li>1 can of tomato pulp<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp of baking soda<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li>Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/ingredients]<\/p>\n<h4>PREPARATION<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Peel the onion and chop it into small pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the eggplant and zucchini into small cubes.<\/li>\n<li>In a frying pan saute the onion in 1 case of olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>When the onion is golden brown add diced zucchini and eggplant with 1 case of olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>Brown the whole by mixing regularly.<\/li>\n<li>Add the tomato pulp.<\/li>\n<li>Add sugar and baking soda (to break the acidity), salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Add 100ml of water and simmer over low heat.<\/li>\n<li>Start cooking the pasta in boiling salted water and cook al dente according to package recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>In another saucepan, cook the soft eggs by immersing them in boiling water for 6 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Drain the pasta and return to the saucepan.<\/li>\n<li>Pour half of the ratatouille sauce over the pasta and mix.<\/li>\n<li>Peel the eggs gently.<\/li>\n<li>In 2 soup plates, put the pasta in the ratatouille sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Add remaining sauce to each plate and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and place the boiled
