min<\/p>\n<p>[ingredients title=&#8221;Ingredients&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50g of onions<\/li>\n<li>20ml of olive oil<\/li>\n<li>700g tomatoes cut in half<\/li>\n<li>70g of tomato paste<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp of salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp of sugar<\/li>\n<li>500g of water<\/li>\n<li>1 cube of meat or vegetables broth<\/li>\n<li>100g of cream<\/li>\n<li>5 large basil leaves and some for decoration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/ingredients]<\/p>\n<h4>PREPARATION<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Peel the onion and cut into 4.<\/li>\n<li>Put the onion in the bowl of the robot and mix for 10 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Add the olive oil and cook for 3 minutes at 120 \u00b0 C at speed 1.<\/li>\n<li>Put the tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and sugar in the bowl of the robot and mix 30sec speed 5.<\/li>\n<li>Add water and broth and cook for 15 minutes at 100 \u00b0 C on speed 2.<\/li>\n<li>Add cream and basil and mix to finish 1 min from speed 4 to speed 10.<\/li>\n<li>Serve sprinkled with
