Bake for 10 minutes or until the crumble begins to brown.<\/li>\n<li>Open the plums in two, pit them.<\/li>\n<li>In a saucepan, pour the water and add the honey.<\/li>\n<li>Bring to a boil for 5 minutes while stirring to dissolve the honey.<\/li>\n<li>Reduce the heat, add the plums and simmer over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let the plums rest in the syrup for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Pour plums into a jar and sprinkle them with syrup<\/li>\n<li>Place 1 tbsp of double cream in each plate and arrange the
