-
Mix the yeast with lukewarm milk.
-
In the bowl of a food processor add the flour, sugar, sesame oil, salt and sesame seeds. Add the yeast milk mixture and knead 5 to 10 min.
-
Cover with a damp cloth and let it raise for 2 hours in a pre-heated oven to 30 ° C with a bowl of boiling water. The dough will double in volume.
-
Roll the dough and divide it into 6 equal parts (approx 110g) and form small balls.
-
Mix the green onions with salt, pepper, sesame seeds and oil and set aside.
-
Spread each ball of dough in the form of small rectangles.
-
Cut 8 strips, making sure to leave 1 cm at the top so that they do not come off completely.
-
Add the green scallions garnish. Grasp the two ends of the dough pull and turn to wrap the dough on itself.
-
Heat a non-stick pan and add a little olive oil.
-
Place the breads (flat side) in the pan.
-
Grill over medium heat 4-5 minutes until the base is golden.
-
Pour water into the pan up to 1-1.5cm.
-
Place a lid and cook until evaporated (about 15 minutes).
-
Take the rolls out of the pan and enjoy hot.
