Chocolate and oatmeal biscuits

Ingrédients

  • 160 g half-white flour
  • 40 g wholemeal flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp oatmeal
  • 2 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp of raw cocoa
  • 1 tsp of baking soda

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, mix all the ingredients until a ball forms (the mixture can also be done by hand, you will need to sand the butter between your fingers with the sugar beforehand)
  2. Take the dough out of the bowl and make a ball.
  3. Spread the dough out on a floured work surface and cut out the biscuits using a round cookie cutter.
  4. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C.
