5 grain biscuits

For 16 biscuits Preparation time: 20 min, cooking time: 10 à 15 minutes

Ingrédients

  • 1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 60 g brown sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 70 g 5-grain flour
  • 40 g rye flour
  • 100 g of soft butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g dark chocolate for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add the sugar, the salt, the egg and egg yolk. Whisk together.
  2. Add the flours and mix.
  3. Add the cut soft butter into small pieces and mix with your hands, until a smooth, non-sticky dough is obtained.

  5. cookie cutter. Bake at 175 ° C and cook for 15 min. Let cool.
  6. Topping: Melt the chocolate. Cover the biscuits. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
