In the bowl of a robot, mix the flour, salt, sugar and yeast.

Cover and let rise at room temperature for approx. 2 hours until the dough doubles in volume.

Cut the dough into 8 pieces and form rolls with.them.

Remove and reserve approx. 1/4 of each of them for the head.Roll in ball heads and bodies.

For the legs, notch the lower third of each body ball

For the arms, slash at an angle the upper third of each body ball.

Paste the head on the body dough balls.

Rq: If you have a cookie cutter you can use it instead of hand-shaping the balls and cutting the arms and legs!

Represent eyes and shirt buttons with raisins or chocolat chips.

Let the mannele rise for approx. 30 minutes.

Brush them with the egg.

Cook approx. 25 min. in the bottom of the preheated oven at 180 ° C.
