Breakfast my little Buddha

handful hazelnut

square of salt and spirulina Iswari chocolate

In a saucepan pour the apple-banana breakfast mix and milk.

Mix and bring to light boil until the mixture thickens.

Meanwhile in a hot pan caramelize the banana cut in 2 on both sides with 1/2 case of honey.

Add the hazelnuts in the hot skillet and the rest of honey on the hazelnuts.

Toast the hazelnuts a few minutes.

Serve the preparation in a bowl. Place the caramelized banana and roasted hazelnuts on the top.
