Fusilli with vegan pea cream

of raw fusilli

handful of frozen peas

cashew nuts

of hot water

Salt and pepper

Cook pasta al dente according to the direction on the packet

During this time cook in boiling salted water the peas for 8 minutes.

Drain the peas and place them in the bowl of a mixer.

Add the cashews and hot water.

Add Salt and pepper and mix all until obtaining a peas cream.

Drain the pasta and put back in the pan.

Add 2/3 of the cream and stir all together over soft fire.

Serve in 2 bowls and add a large spoon of cream of peas on each bowls.
