In a saucepan, put the blueberries with honey and add a little water. Leave to cook over low heat until berries are all melted.

Cut the nectarine into slices.

In a bowl, pour the yoghurt and pour the blueberry coulis.
-
Add sliced nectarine, raspberries and homemade granola.
