Grab & Go blueberries oatmeal

Ingrédients

blueberries

tbsp açaí

plain yogurt with soy
5
tbsp of oatmeal
2
tbsp of chia seeds
1
tbsp of honey
1
banana
Instructions
In a blender, mix the blueberries with the yogurts.
Pour into a bowl and mix with acai, oatmeal, chia seeds and honey.
Allow to swell for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Cut the banana into slices.
In 2 verrines, stick the banana slices on the walls.
Pour in each verrine the blueberry mixture and let it soak overnight.
Enjoy the next morning.
