Avocado toast and glazed mushrooms

large slices of sourdough bread

The juice of half a lime

small Paris mushrooms cut in 4

tbsp of olive oil

tsp of cream of balsamic vinegar

Pepper

Crush the avocado with a fork. Season with salt and pepper and add the lime juice. Mix.

In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms. When they start to lose their water, add the olive oil and cook for 5 minutes while mixing.

At the end of cooking, add the vinegar cream and glaze the mushrooms for 1 minute while stirring.

On each slice of bread, place a layer of smashed avocado, one layer of cottage cheese and place the glazed mushrooms on the top.
