American savoury pancakes

For 8 pancakes Preparation time: 10 min Cooking time: 20 min

Ingrédients

  • 25 g of butter
  • 300 g of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g of whole wheat flour
  • 10 g of baking powder
  • 1/2 cac of salt

Instructions

  1. n a bowl, combine the flour, salt and baking powder.
  2. Add the milk, mix well.
  3. Stir in the eggs and mix again.
  4. Melt the butter.
  5. Pour the melted butter over the pancake batter and whisk vigorously to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
  6. Butter a non-stick pan (ideally a pancake pan) and place on high heat.
  7. When hot, pour a small ladle of pancake batter.
  8. Cook until small bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake. Slide a spatula under the pancake, turn it over and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  9. Serve pancakes with fried eggs, grilled bacon, pan-fried mushrooms and guacamole-crushed avocado.
