Chocolate pancakes

Ingr├ędients

  • 50 g butter
  • 300 g milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, the cocoa powder, the chocolate chips, the salt and the baking powder.
  2. Add the milk, mix well.
  3. Stir in the eggs and mix again.
  4. Melt the butter.
  5. Pour the melted butter over the pancake batter and whisk vigorously to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
  6. Butter a non-stick pan (ideally a pancake pan) and place on high heat.
  7. When hot, pour a small ladle of pancake batter.
  8. Cook until small bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake.
  9. Slide a spatula under the pancake, turn it over and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
