Small chocolate fondant (without butter)

For 12 fondants Preparation time: 10 min , Cooking time: 20 min

Ingrédients

  • 300 g chocolate
  • 6 eggs
  • 4,5 tbsp flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 225 g organic apple sauce without sugar
  • 12 squares of chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Melt the chocolate using a water bath.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar
  4. Add the chocolate and the apple sauce and mix.
  5. Add the flour and mix.
  6. Pour into greased muffin moulds.

  7. Add a square of chocolate in each muffin.

  8. Bake for 20 min.

  9. Let cool and take out of the mould.
