basil leaves

slices of mozzarella

slices of bresaola

Salt and pepper

Cut breads in half.

Spread each side with Pesto Rosso.

On half of the breads:

Add chopped basil.

Add a slice of mozzarella, salt and pepper.

Add 2 slices of bresaola.
-
Close with second halves of bread.

Small sandwiches are ready to be eaten.
