Small swiss sandwiches with bresaola, mozzarella and pesto rosso

For 6 small swiss sandwiches Preparation time: 5 min

Ingr├ędients

  • 6 swiss breads
  • 12 tsp pesto rosso
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 6 slices of mozzarella
  • 12 slices of bresaola
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut breads in half.
  2. Spread each side with Pesto Rosso.
  3. On half of the breads:
  4. Add chopped basil.
  5. Add a slice of mozzarella, salt and pepper.
  6. Add 2 slices of bresaola.
  7. Close with second halves of bread.
  8. Small sandwiches are ready to be eaten.
