Vegan Chocolate mousse

For 4 chocolate mousses: Preparation time: 10 min, Time to cool: Au moins 1 heure

Ingrédients

  • 250 g of aquafaba
  • 250 g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate
  2. Whisk the aquafaba with an electric mixer to make it snow.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate the aquafaba in several times
  4. Leave to cool for one to two hours in the fridge
