Hazelnut cookies
For 20 cookies
Preparation time : 10 min, cooking time : 15 min

- 200g flour
 - 125g hazelnuts
 - 60g sugar
 - 1 vanilla sugar pack
 - 100g butter
 - 2 egg yolks
 - 100g chocolate chunks (not necessary)

PREPARATION
- Melt the butter.
 - Mix the flour, coarsely chopped hazelnuts and sugar.
 
- Add the melted butter.
 
- Mix with a fork until obtaining a coarse sand.
 
- Add the chocolate chunks.
 
- Add the egg yolks and form a ball with the dough.
 
- Preheat oven to 180°.
 - Roll out the dough and cut with a cookies cutter.
 
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 
- Bake 15mn.
 - Take out of the oven and cool completely on wire rack.
 - You can store these cookies in a metallic box for several days.
