- Spring vegetables: Radish, Carrotts, Cucumber, Lettuce, Spring onion, Coriander …
- Spring fruits: Strawberries
- 150g de Rice
- Soya sauce
- Cashew nuts
- 150g tofu
- Cook the rice.
- Cook the diced tofu with soya sauce.
- In a bowl, add the rice and add some soya sauce.
- Add the grilled tofu, veggies and fruits cut in pieces, slices, dices … and add the cashew nuts.
