Ingredients

  • 2 slices of GF bread
  • 2 large slices of goat cheese
  • 2 tsp honey de miel
  • 1/2 pear
  • 4 nuts

PREPARATION

  • Slice the pear.
  • Cut the bread and the cheese.

  • Cover the bread with the cheese.
  • Cover the cheese with the pear.
  • Place the nuts on the pear.
  • Pour one tsp of honey on each slice of bread.
  • Serve with a soup or a green salad.
