The Energizer Smoothie

- 1 handful of frozen apricots
 - 2 tbsp chia seeds
 - 1 tsp honey
 - 1 tbsp yogurt
 - 150 ml oat milk

- 1 handful of frozen berries
 - 1 frozen banana
 - 2 tsp Açaï powder
 - 1 tsp honey
 - 1 tbsp yogurt
 - 150 ml oat milk

PREPARATION
- In a blender mix the second mix of ingrédients : berries, banana, Açaï, honey, yogurt and oat milk until a smooth blend. Add oat milk of necessary.
 
- Pour into 2 jars.
 
- In a blender mix the second mix of ingrédients : apricots, chia seeds, honey, yogurt and oat milk until a smooth blend. Add oat milk of necessary.
 
- Pour on the precedent mixture.
 
- Serve immediately.
