Purple Smoothie bowl

For 1 smoothie bowl

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 cup vegetal milk
  • 2 tbsp oats (gluten free)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple sirop (optional)
  • 1 tbsp açai
  • Topping: 1 tbsp cornflakes, 1 tsp chia seeds Iswari, 1 tsp cacao nibs Iswari, 1 tsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp grated coconut, some strawberries, blueberries and basil leaves


. In a blender, add all the ingredients except the toppings and blend by increasing the speed gradually until having a smooth and thick mixture.
. Pour the smoothie in a bowl.

. Add the toppings

. Eat without waiting
