Preparation time: 10 min
- 1 brunch of green vegetables such as spinach, kale, lettuce … I used bok choy and kale
- 500 ml water
- 2 ripe frozen bananas
- 50g frozen berries
- 1 hand full of frozen apricots
- 1 tbsp frozen avocado
- Remove the hard parts of the green vegetables and cut in pieces.
- Put a hand full of leaves in a blender with water and all the fruits.
- Blend until obtaining a smooth juice.
- Add the remaining green vegetables.
- Blend until obtaining a smooth and creamy juice.
- Serve cold.
